Took this pic a while ago, i know its too dark and such. Im just not sure how to make the woman looking over seem more intresting. Is there any way, if so how?

I am not sure but I really dont think there is a way of making her look more interesting.... Maybe someone will have some advice for you soon...

The crop you went for, Oleg, is already helping. I would have cropped similarly. But I am not sure about the rest of your pp ... it does not appeal to me at all, I'm afraid.
