cross-processing in photoshop

Hoping some of you might know how to achieve the look of cross-processing in photoshop... I have heard it can be done quite well, just need to know the technique!

There is an action on atncentral (I think that is the name), but, I know there is a more 'hands on' way, which I will try to find.
