Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
CS3 has been giving me trouble with my D7000 RAW images. Some will open the others I do not have the right codec for.

I am considering getting Lightroom 4 but am not familiar with it. Would this entirely replace my need for CS3 and Bridge? Which do you find better/easier to use?

Thanks!

Lightroom is an advanced marriage between Bridge and ACR with additional features. it wont be able to do everything PS. PS you can say is designed for visual artists and graphic designers which photographers in mind as well where as LR is defined purely for photographers and such a lot of PS features are simply not present but in their place you have a image management system; ability to create books; geo tag your pictures through google maps; output tabs; native plugins for automatic publishing etc

just download the 30 day trial and give it a spin. it will def allow you to read all your D7000 files (im curious to know how CS3 managed to read some of them though)

youtube will breakdown all the tutorial you need to get familiar with LR
