CS4 Image Processor Problem

I open the RAW files, edit them. Instead of saving one by one, I Script > Image Processor them to the folder I need.

Only problem is, Photoshop adds copy to the end of the file name (ex: DSC_XXX copy) and I would like to have it not do that.

I just want to open them, do the image processor and it save with the sam file name, but just in JPEG format this time.

I was using CS3 and it did it fine. I didn't have to change any settings, but is there something I'm missing that makes CS4 do it when I'm doing the same thing I did in 3?

Why not just save as jpg from within ACR? You should find it much quicker.

I did not know you could save to JPEG like that.
