I currently have around 270, know that's a ridiculous number for graphic designers. But how many do you photographers have, more or less?
Every time I launch a couple of programs, I get an error message saying I have over 500 fonts. I click OK and move on.
Too many. I'm not sure actually but I really should clean up that stuff sometime. Most of them look like others and some of them are really crap. The ones I regularly use? About 10-15 I guess.
I think I have them ALL. :lmao: Honestly, I have NO idea, but I have a boatload of them--and, like Judobreaker, there are probably only 10-15 (well, maybe up to 20) that I use on a pretty regular basis. There's another 30 or so that I don't use often, but they really work well in a few specific cases. And the rest are there...I guess because somewhere along the line I decided one can never have too many fonts. Turns out, I was wrong.
I'm a confirmed font junkie. I rarely use them, but I'm willing to bet it numbers above a thousand. I am willing to bet you'll get there as well. I'd think you'd actually USE more of them than I do. I also have a plotter and cut signs and vehicle graphics for our dealership so I've actually had to purchase way to many! However, I do not keep them all loaded in my system. I have a file that I can install of all of the ones I have purchased over the years that I can install if I need to.
Not as many as I used to..... they all went when the old puter died and it's not a priority to get new ones yet.
I've never been sufficiently bored to go count them, but I only use two or three and wouldn't miss the rest.
