Customs fees when ordering to European Union

Hello!
I ordered a flash from DigitalRev yesterday and today I started thinking about customs (stupid of me).
The postal laws in my country add 20%VAT to any electronical device ordered outside the EU.
But I saw a video on youtube of a man unboxing his 5D Mark 3 which he ordered to United Kingdom, and he said that no customs fees were added because DigitalRev has a branch in the UK and therefore no extra fees.
Fast feedback would be very appreciative.

For UK order, all import handling is included and the prices you see at our website's checkout are the final you'll need to pay for the camera. For details, you can feel free to contact our Customer Support and they'll be glad to clarify it with you.

Okay, but what about non-UK order? I live in Estonia. Does everything apply the same way for other EU countries?

For Estonia, the prices are all inclusive with import handling, and Free Shipping is offered for all products on the website, so that the prices on the website are the ones you pay for. Some countries may not include import handling cost as for different taxation system in different areas.
