Probably the cutest pup shot from the batch, my sister breeds labrador pups so every once and a while I have a photo session with them, this is probably the best shot from the last batch.

Nice lighting and expression but DOF isn't really enough for me here, as his left paw and eye are not too soft.

yes agreed, DOH is very shallow, was shooting wide open with 50mm at 1.8, I need to work on lighting better so can increase the sharpness across the picture. Thanks,

not a studio, just a blue blanket over a sofa, and dropped the pup in the bucket....
