D2x or D2xs

I am wanting to upgrade from My nikon D60 for trying to start a business in photography. I am on a tight budget, I was looking at some used D2x or D2xs cameras. I have found a few within my budget and a couple D2x's with lenses and other equipment, also my D60 lenses will work with this body. On the other hand I drool over the D3 but thats about all I can do for now It is way outside my budget. I want to stick with Nikon as I am familiar with them.

how much is your budjet? a used d90 would be a better choice over a d2, depends on how much your paying for it.

I want to stay as close to 1200 as posable and I would like a camera that does better in low light.
