D7200 produces glitch RAW files

My Nikon D7200 suddenly produces glitch RAW files while the JPEGs are still fine. In my test shots about 1/10 to 1/3 of all NEFs comes out damaged. I have tried formatting my SD cards with the camera but it doesn't help the problem... Is there anything else I can try?

Reset the camera? Update the firmware etc?


+ + + + UPDATE: I found the problem > the camera is fine, just a slow and faulty SD card reader is to blame + + +

What kind of "glitch" or damage?
What software are you using to look at the Raw files?

Note: It's Raw, not RAW. RAW implies it is an acronym of 3 words, but it isn't.
JPEG is an aconym - for Joint Photographic Experts Group.
