Um I don't know where to start
Low grade pixels
Just a horrible picture

It's an iPhone photo of etched stone or something. Very simple composition doesn't say much to me beyond it's an etched stone or something. The reflections interest me more than the other elements.

It looks like trees are behind it

looks simply like a computer generated logo. What did you photograph?
Excuse me? Its a monument in Washington DC
you're excused.
"open up" the crop a bit, change the angle rather than dead on, include some foreground per haps........overall add somthing to draw an eye into the photo. This subject needs that because in itself just isn't doing it; it does just look like a computer generated logo.

The problem is that it looks like a single graphic design to be used in something, there is nothing there to place a context it is used in. In this case it was used on a memorial, but without anything around it one cannot relate it to the memorial. Do you have any other images of it with more of the memorial or surroundings included? An image including those things would ad interest and put a place to the design.
