So, yesterday I found this Craiglist post that was selling a Nikon Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 brand new for $200.
I was very caution about this and told the seller to meet up at a local Starbucks that was in a populated area.
The seller showed proof of purchased and was still under warranty for another 5 years.
I ask why he was selling it for so cheap and his only response was that he has too many lenses and thought it would be nice to give it to someone at a reasonable low price since he got this lens as a gift and never used it.
I'm a Canon user, but I took this chance and bought it for $200 and now hopefully I can either trade it in for a Canon Tamron 28-75mm or even try to sell it on eBay and buy a Canon Tamron.
What luck!
