Death Valley photos...but also, a little help please...

One is is very noisy, that is what happens when you take them to dark and then increase the exposure in post, colors are way over cooked.
Can't quite put my finger on it but the second one has something odd about it, besides it being very dark.
Keep shooting, we all have to work though stages to improve.

It was a little noisy even before I increased the exposure in post. It was *really* dark.

The second one is odd. They both have their charms, their quirks, and their problems. And that's the reason I posted them.

I know when I get a good shot. I know when I get a bad shot. It's the ones in which there's something cool about them but they're not quite right that I question!
