Different Cameras!

Hello I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these cameras.

Canon T70 Body No. 2025620
Canon T90 Body No. 1122619
Canon T70 Body No. 1890891
Canon F1 Body No. 113576
Canon T90 Body No. 1164993

I was wondering what the year is for them and if they are any good. The guy who is selling them said they are in excellent condition. but i dont' even know if they are worth anything or how old they are?? If anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you in advance.

F1 is an excellent camera. Pretty much as good as they get!

T90 and T70 are not too bad either. I have no idea how to decipher serial numbers.

They are quite collectible - Canon's first "professional" SLR produced in the 70s. They can fetch a few hundred pounds if in good condition:

So do you think that it is a good camera to take GOOD pictures now?
Or was it a good camera back in the day?

Cameras haven't really changed that much. My sharpest camera is still my 1930 Zeiss SuperIkonta. So, it's still great, but you'll be hard pushed to find things like specific accessories, as they are less common.

Also, I think that camera may have a different mount to the newer ones, but I could well be wrong there - someone else will have a better idea.

Camera is just a box. But it's as good a box as they get!

And it's a good camera now. Good solid mechanical feel.
