dilemma between a camera and a lens

so this photographer where i live is selling off his nikon stuff and 2 things interested me in the things he listed. one was the AF-S 28-70mm f/2.8D with some weird noise when its autofocusing and the other one is the nikon D2H 4.1 mp im sure you all know about this camera. i need some tips or recommendations on which to get. i have the money for one. if you guys could help me decide it would be awesome. thank you in advance

Neither...Get a Nikon D3200..

I would buy neither. You said you could buy either one so what would you use the lens on if you did buy it?

i have a d3200 so i would use it on that

That lens wont autofocus on your d3200. If your happy to manually focus at all times the funny noise wont bother you. I recommend spending on something else though

the lens has the silent wave motor so it would autofocus
