Do Nikon Rumors actually know anything at all?

TheLost a month before a camera's release date is fairly good for Nikon keeping it under wraps when one considers that they likely had it on the developing table for a year or so

I'm still waiting for the flying car that was predicted back in the '60s.

It's been out for years now - In fact if I recall right there are several that have been made and at least one company I think is making a variety of them now - they are not cheap though

I could be wrong but I imagine it wouldbe harder to keep a completely new model line (like the D600) quiet than an iteration of an existing model (like the D7100).

These rumor sites know sometimes a lot, sometimes nothing at all.

The D600 was a very hot rumor, for example. We got first feature lists pretty early.
