Check youtube. They have tutorials on how to design a template in photoshop, slice it, and export the html into a program like Dreamweaver.

i tell yah...building a page on photoshop its not going to be easy at 1st....took me like a month to understand how to slice and what not!!

but...i do have books if you need it
