Dolica filters

Hey,
On newegg they have a line of dolica filters that are fairly cheap. I think they are around $10 a piece so I assume they are not multicoated. Has anyone had experience with these filters?

Wow CPL and UV combined for $15. Nothing good can come from these filters in my entirely uneducated opinion.

It's hard to beat bangforbuck on the Hoya HMC filters, and even they are a bit iffy in my opinion.

I'm new to DSLR cameras. Anything I could do to test the quality of these filters?

Yep. Put the camera on a tripod and shoot with identical settings some object. Then try shooting into a light source like the sun and see if there is significant amount of flare.
