i love the color in the first one, not liking the second one much, but stellar work on the first. i would love to get some details on what you shot with, etc

Thanks man. Don't feel bad, I don't like the second one either... it was a bright, overcast day (at that moment anyway) and it was pretty tough to get a decent shot.

I am just using a little Nikon Coolpix L1. Pretty crappy camera, but ya work with what ya got!

Ah, qué bien, aquí hay dos mas:

The second is quite a bit on the dark side - lightwise - which surprises me since you say it was bright, overcast day.

But the wilted echinacea flower is nice! (At least I would assume it is one?) A bit busy in the background, but the caught raindrops between all those "spikes" are nice to look at.
