I do like the lighting.

I like the lighting on the leaves, but the blown out areas on the petals are a bit distracting to me. If you can re-shoot I'd bracket a bit to change the exposure slightly and see what you get.

I think you right. Unfortunately, I can't reshoot this. I took it 2 years ago at a place I'm not sure I'll ever see again. Oh well, I appreciate your thoughts I'll keep them in mind.

i really like the lighting on the petels, but agree that the petels and the leaves together could be a bit much, if it was me i would crop quite a bit of the leaves away and get to the dramatic lighting on the petals, that i find interesting and cool.
