Easter Baskets

My fiancé's family are Ukrainian and are quite traditional. One of their traditions is putting their Easter food into baskets and taking them to church to be blessed. Probably more than just a Ukrainian tradition but the Fancy eggs are definitely Ukrainian.

Yeah... I have to agree. This is a colorful subject... where's the color?!

I would have loved to shot these in color...there was lots of vibrant color there...from the Ukrainian table cloth back drop to the eggs and bread.

Unfortunately the only film I had was c-41 b&w. Although, seeing as this is an old tradition, I though the b&w might also work.
