These are great captures. 300mm at 1/30s is quite hard sometimes and you seemed to get perfect detail. The exposure is beautifully done as well, and in Manual. Great detail on the eye.

The expression in the last one is adorable. You just don't think of turtles as having such expessive faces. Very nice.

The photos are good, my only suggestion is the size of your watermark. It is rather large in these photos and is a little distracting. Our eyes are naturally drawn to text for some odd reason, so if your watermark is large, like it is in these photos, it will tend to draw your attention away from the main subject. Even though it has some transparency to it.

Just a suggestion.
