Eclipse Photography

Well as you probably know there's an eclipse today, in about 2 hours, how on earth would I go about trying to take a photo of it? I have a 350D and the only filter I have is a polarizing filter...

oh well, the eclipse has left us now and it was too cloudy to see anything anyway! Doh"!!

I was gonna say, make sure you have a circular polariser on to capture the full beauty of the clouds.

But that would have been mean!

lol! It has cleared up now and I've got a couple of decent shots of the storm retreating so all is not lost. There's a rule here about getting sacked if you have photographic equipment on site so I like to make sure I at least get 1 good shot each day I risk my job!
