She's a very beautiful model. I cropped in to get rid of some of the distracting background. A larger aperture would blur it out so that it doesn't draw the eye. I'd also watch for distracting items in the foreground, like the leaves in the upper right.
I adjusted the brightness using levels/curves, and I added just a touch of blue (+5) when the added contrast affected her skin tone a little.
I don't think this image need much sharpening. I did just a very little, but if you do more, watch out for the hair; sharpening artifacts were showing up very quickly there. If you want more, you will probably need to do it with a masked layer.
