Monopods are so cool! :thumbup: Tried my new birthday present out when I saw these guys at Cosford demonstrating how they change a Jaguar engine! 1/15 sec at f8 with a 50mm doesn't work hand held!

Just a little motion blur on the guys arm but they were winding pretty fast!
