Error ussing Detial Enchancer in Photomatix Pro

I´m using Potomatix Pro to do HDR timelapse sequence. But every time I send The bracket it merges some photos but others have come up with an error (the error ocurres durring the process of detail enchasing). The error says the fallowoing: Error: Batch failed with code: -1073741819. Then a Windows errors pops up saying that the program has stoped working and it has to shut down, though you click on close and it dosen´t shut down. After that it continues to merge the photos until the next error. I´m using Photomatix Pro 4 and the photos are jpg. I´ve already tried reinstalling the program. Has anybody else had this problem, anybody know a fix?

Have you actually queried the company?
My guess is that they would be the ultimate authority on error messages.
