Evening at the Fishery

I was taking a walk by the lake yesterday evening and the evening sun was looking beautiful on the water. I thought the birds sitting on the fish cages made an interesting composition. Any C&C welcome.

I was hoping to get some critiquing on this picture on anything I need to improve on. I know the whites are blown out in the sun and it's reflection, but does the picture seem to work overall?
