Do you prefer the longer eposure of the second picture or or the shorter exposure of the first.....?

The photo's are the site of the D-Day landings at Arramanches at dusk.
Both photo's are f22, rather unhelpfully I've forgotten the shutter speed but I think they are around 4and 8 secs.

I used a +3 ND filter and took the shots around a stop or two slower than the ttl recomended.

Any opinions welcome as well.

thanks

Lessee- one vote for #1, one vote for #2, one vote for both. I guess I need to round things out & say I don't like either one. Just kidding!!

I like the dreamy quality of the second one better.

Interesting and I prefer the first one mainly because of the colors.
Do you have one with even less exposure time?

Beautiful job!!! It may come down to a question of mood. The first one seems dark and brooding. The 8sec exposure seems light and soft and fluffy and happy and...

What were your thoughts when you shot the frame?
