Extending Exposure Times

I shoot long exposure (6-8 secs) seascapes and have just bought a Fuji GW690iii. I've got ISO50 film and had a walk out with my light meter and saw I was getting around 1 sec shutter speeds. I'm up to f/32 and obviously ISO 50.

Is there any way, apart from nd filters, to extend the shutter speed?

Well, many films NEED a doubling of exposure times due to reciprocity loss for exposure longer than around one second. So, right there, you'll see a doubling of exposure times, with no filter added.

Doubling might be a bit extreme on relatively short exposures like that. Here's a link to the reciprocity chart for Velvia 50.

In answer to your question however, no, I'm not aware of any method; a CPOL will add 1-2 stops. Is there a reason you don't want to use ND filters?

What about pulling the film shoot it at iso25

There is the obvious ... pick days with low light levels (very cloudy, before/after sunset).

Yeah, I didn't think there was but you never know until you ask. I think I'll be using a filter then. The reciprocity chart is brilliant. Cheers!
