I like the lighting on the needle, but the out-of-focus thread bothers me. This is worth playing with. Try turning the needle just a bit and having the thread go across the frame (vertical, horizontal, diagonal), or have the thread coming from the left side and ending at the needle, with the end not quite threading it. You could also try a vertical with more of the needle in the frame.

Multiple stacking on the exposures would also be an easy fix.
