Feedback and Critique

I found the service IFP3.com on this site and subscribed to it to show my gallery images. My site is http://thzn.ifp3.com, I was hoping to have some of the photographers here give me some feedback on the ease of use of this gallery site, what I can do to improve it, and opinion on the photographs in it. I have many more images that I want to put in here but thought I would get the good advice from everyone I could first.
