I think Female Running Crab spider Philodromus dispar.

With only 7 legs - outside Direct Line Building Bromley TQ 40352 68567

Very nice set. Marmalade Hoverflies used to be a staple in our garden but I haven't seen one for about two years.

That is very sad- has anything happened like drought, neighbours concreting over their garden etc?
