I think the flash kinda messed it up personally. I'm assuming taht's what that light is...

Yeah, the flash goes totally against the lighting...

Take the flash off in landscape.

Try different POV's from the same spot. Lower yourself, kneel, squat, lay on the ground, sit on a friends shoulders. Then move left, right, two steps back, step in the water.

This has the appearance of walking up to a scene and taking a shot. Sorry.
