film developing labs

not sure if i made the title understandable. but here goes. i still shoot the occasional roll of film. mostly not much now because i'd rather not take it to wal-mart (had some images ruined at one of these large chain one hour stores)
I have a lab in memphis but last time i checked, they could do a basic scan of the negatives when they developed them, but were more about developing the negatives and 4x6 prints.
i have a price list with Buckeye Photo, and they can do a high resolution scan of the images, basically would be 20 bucks a roll. until i get my own scanner, (looking at the microtek artixscan m1) would like to find a place to develop and scan my negatives.
anyone have any labs they could suggest.?
