Kodak T-max 100 ASA should work a treat, great film!

Any b&w film will work with the camera.

Personally, I use Arista Premium 400 most of the time.

Ilford is a good film also, it is best to experiment with different types of black & white films and work out which is best for your liking or for your style? Etc;

Personally I like Ilford for their photo paper.

Here is a shot taken over a decade ago using T-Max 100 ASA on Ilford photo paper. That's my preference.

your going to get a variety of answers .

as has been stated, anyfilm will work.

with my students i recommended either trix or hp5 +. they are both ISO 400 and are very forgiving for a beginner.
