Finding Photography for Legal Use in Website Templates

Hi,
My company is a web development/SEO firm and I'm considering expanding into the Wordpress theme market. Clearly if I'm going to be reselling Wordpress themes I will need to find photography for these themes that I can legally use for this purpose. I use iStockphoto for my personal needs but iStock's collection cannot be used for resale in templates. Thus, does anyone know how companies go about securing photography that can be used in templates that are to be resold? Do they simply contract out to photographers for this purpose? Or do they go to website such as iStockphoto and purchase exclusive rights to images?

So I take it you don't want to buy the resale extended licence for 125 points?

One thing that others do, Is to offer in exchange for a Template to the photographer, they licence an image to you, Basically a Barter

Correct. 125 credits is an option, but I'm exploring others. And thank you for the barter suggestion.
