i got side tracked and didnt innish this right away...
so i put together a computer for $600 and then added better stuff and now its nice, it hasd a 2.8ghz prescott running at 3.6. the idle temp of the cpu is betwen 72 and 80 degrees F. and under load (prime95 + other stuff at the same time) i havnt seen it go over 100degrees. so im going to overclock it a litte more after i get better ram.
i think those results are better than what the water cooling systems on the market can do. i spent about an hour total on a milling machine and soldering brass and copper tubing and fittings. im using a compressor from a water cooler to cool the water that is going through the computer
im charging batteries for my digital camera (the crappy, only one i have left) now so ill put some pics in here later tonight if anyone wants to see it
