Hey everybody, I attended my first airshow with my Nikon D50 (w/ Sigma 70-300mm APO). I've been waiting for this day for quiet awhile. 700 pictures to go through! Yikes! So far I've been keeping around half. Unfortunately I'm only half way through at the moment, but here are the best so far!

No more shutter lag time like my point and shoot!

Most of the airshow took place looking into the sun, but I got a few lucky shots as the planes passed over the crowd.

Thanks for looking,

Awesome shots. Wow. Great work!

Great shots Brett. Fat Albert and the chicken pass are great. I can tell you are going to love your new camera. I have not seen Les Shockley in years. I was wondering if he was still blasting around in the rig.

Cool shots!!
But your not trying if you ONLY took 700 pictures  I took over 1200 last sunday at Biggin HIll

Thanks everybody!

1200?! Now I don't feel so bad :) It took me four days to go through my 700 pics, and to tell the truth I'm sick of looking at them! Yup, Les Shockly still gets around quite a bit on the Midwest US circut. You can actually feel the pulse from the jet engine move your clothing around lol.
