First attempt at a portrait. (c&c please)

These were hard to get who knew kids could move so much.I would love to know everyones opinion good or bad or any tips on how to improve them.

little too tight for my tastes. and they seem a little soft. the first is good for lighting and exposure/contrast, but the second is really flat. kids are really hard to photograph, and probably not the best subject to learn with. but you did alright. just have to work on it a little bit.
