First Photo post

Just recently joined the forum and decided to post some photos. I just bought a D80 last week, but haven't had any good photos come out of it yet as I'm still learning. I did have a Konica Minolta Z20 point and shoot that I took several thousand pictures with, so I decided to share a few of them.

All the photos are as they came straight out of the camera, as I don't have a program yet to post process them. Any and all C&C is welcome.

1. Sunset at Douglas Lake, TN

2. Liked the reflection in this one. I shoot a lot of car shows.

3. Shot of my brother at an indoor motocross track, was getting dark and this was one of the few that turned out.

5. Dark view of my grandparents dining room. I know it is dark on the right side.

7. I don't know why I like this shot so much, but it is continually one of my favorites. I'm sure it would be even better with some edits, and hopefully soon I'll be able to mess with it.

I like the last one... it just screams selective color (to me anyways)
It says your photos are ok to edit so here...

Crop, desaturate, history brush, contrast, gaussian blur, border and there you've got it

I have to agree that the selective color one doesn't do much for me, but I do like the color version much better. Thanks for taking the time to edit it. Any other C&C?
