first post....few pics to critique

this is my first post here on TPF....

im looking for some feedback on these pics ive recently taken..

For one, the red copyright tag is extreamly annoying.

Certainly a range of subjects there.

I don't feel that the lighting is quite right in the first one, it doesn't really grab my attention.

I'm not a fan of guns and paraphanelia so the second one doesn't appeal to me.

The third shot could do with some cropping on the left as the white in the lefthand side of the shot is quite distracting.

I like the forth one but it is a little noisy.

The fifth one colours are completely off for me.

Not too sure about the last two not much of a subject for me.

I'm new to photography so don't know the technical stuff behind it all but I thought I'd comment as that's what you were asking for
