Well, first looking at it; there's a lot of black cloud. What little sunset there is is barely noticeable. I like the changes in the sky, and the cloud lines are not bad, but overall I'd say not bad but not really good either. Keep on snapping!

My take:

I don't think the image you posted "pops" enough.
There's also too much at the top of the frame that contributes nothing to the composition.
This scene caught your eye. Show us why.

I like Sliest's edit! I might be a little more careful in the highlights, but its definitely on the right track. Especially as far as the crop goes!
