Feel free to be as harsh as need be. I'm new to the forum so let's see how brash we can be.

This is one I did for my in-laws 44th Anniversary.

nice composition, but the dof too shallow- focus drops off on your mother's-in-law fingers- would be improved if focus was sharp all the way to her fingertips.

also some hot-spots- father's pinky fingernail and on both rings.

all that said, it's still a great shot.

I'll have to agree with Toby on this one. It would be better if your mother-in-law's fingers were in focus. The only thing that I could add is if you had about half an inch more on the right to get a little more of your father's hand. Good work, though, and welcome to the forum!

Ditto to the first comments. I do like the color you've chosen for this, nice feeling for the overall photo. Get MILs ring and hand in focus and you've got a winner.
