As you probably saw, I got a new (to me) Sigma 70-200 f 2.8 over the weekend. Our high school team's first soccer match was my first chance to put it through its paces. These shots were taken at dusk with no additional illumination (the field lights weren't on), and I was still running upwards of 1/250s at ISO 100!
(On this first one, the focus jumped away from the girl with the ball at the last second, so I had to really boost her sharpness in PS)
My keeper (I'm the goalkeeper coach) letting one in, but it's still a cool shot!
