First Snow

first real snow anyway. I've really been liking these moody b+w images lately, been seeing a lot of beautiful work around online because of the Black and White challenge that a lot of photographers are doing on FB. I wasn't able to go out yesterday morning for sunrise because we lost power so I couldn't charge my battery, but I did find this nice scene just after sunset last night on Squam Lake in Sandwich, NH.

Thanks Jazzie! This is a bit of a darker image than I usually share, the histogram is certainly leaning way to the left, but I thought it worked well for this scene
