First time photo-shoot

My 2 cents:

#1.. nice shot.. good pose...highlights on her are a little strong.. but not bad for ambient light. Face needs more fill! You cut her feet off.. bad! That sort of kills the photo....

#2... white balance looks like it is off. Crop is way too tight. Pose is terrible.. she looks very awkward in that position. A lot of dead space.. do a vertical crop....with her to one side, not centered..

Welcome to the forum. I really don't have too much to add to what cgipson1 has said - #1. legs cropped, etc., and #2 colour is off - skintone, WB, not sure and pose is very awkward. I would have tried #2 using portrait mode instead of landscape mode, not that there is anything wrong with landscape mode for portrait photography, a lot depends on the components in the picture besides the model. My 0.02¢ worth.
