First time photographer.. what equipments i need ?

No mirror, no "through the lens" viewfinder, not an interchangable lens.
What you can see on the front is a teleconverter.

A DSLR would be best but I have done photography with a PS (Point and shoot). You do have everything you need already so don't let anyone tell you different. Like I said before if I were to add anything it would be a Circular polarizer but otherwise your set. The reason for the filter is simple. It can make your skys blue, remove reflections and is by far the most use of any accessories. So it would add much to your pictures. You don't absalutly have to have one though. You only need one thing to do photography and thats a camera, any camera. Everything else you get will add to what you can do sure, and you probably will want say a nice fast lens and some speedlight ect. But your already set so get out there and have fun!
