Flash I'm day light for motox/ dirt track ?

Just wondering what your thought are on using a flash in the daylight on motox riders?

i was thinking it may fill the shading on them.. But at the same time I am worried it may distract the rider.
Does the flash make the photo much better?

It works well. You won't bother them at all using it, especially if you are in mid day light. I very seldom use one for it though.
