Flash Supported or Not?

How can i tell if the free webhost supports flash?

I don't know.

AFAIK, the host doesn't care if it's flash or not. As long as the viewer's browser is compatible, a flash website should work.

A better question would be is your free host going to put pop up adds on your site.
If the answer is yes, find a different host or pay for one, they are not much money.
