Fluffy Puppy

Quincy likes the fluffy rug I use for photography. I bought it for a newborn session. Should I crop off the top brown area?

I scrolled down and hid the brown area of the photo and definitely like it better although it’s great as is. I like the current ratio so I would crop off maybe just a tiny bit and fill in any leftover brown area with cloning of the rug.

No! It is fine and is not distracting at all as it blends in fur color. Very nice render.

Maybe crop just above the ears? I should have set this up better, but he plopped on the rug while I was putting things away and didn't want to lose his look.

thanks for the feedback. He was the same color as the carpet when he was a baby. This is with the 16mm and I was inches away from him.
