Is it only this lens you have a problem with? It is most likely the lens that needs to be serviced and not the camera.
Unfortunately the D90 does not have microadjustment so you will have to have the lens sent in and calibrated.
The body can be tuned if it is every lens and there are tutorials out there on how to do with with a 1mm allen wrench, however I wouldn't do it myself, I'd send it in if every lens is back focusing
